We had such a nice time in Florida last week. It was the first time since we got married (almost 7 years ago...I know, crazy!) since I've taken a full week off. It was so nice to get away from daily life for a full week - I highly recommend it and I'm going to try to do this every year. It was great to see my parents of course and Joe and David. Joe unfortunately had to work every day while we were there but my awesome little brother David made the 5 hour drive from Jacksonville to hang out with us Wednesday through Sunday. He is the person in this world that makes me laugh more than anybody! DJ and I took a night to ourselves (since my parents weren't exactly fighting me on keeping Jack overnight to themselves). :) We went to the Hard Rock Casino and Hotel in Hollywood, Florida. Really cool place with so much to do. There's a huge casino, several shops and a bazillion restaurants. There's great rock music playing everywhere you go, including underwater in the pool! The pool was AMAZING! It was a salt water pool and we loved lounging by it on Wednesday.
