Concert Recap

Bucky Covington was not great. Dierks was incredible. He took some time to play some acoustic music because his band doesn't have the opportunity to play in a theater like the Morris often. It was amazing. Dierks loves bluegrass music and I'm partial to it because of my familiy. His bland played some amazing songs and I'm a bigger fan!

Dierks Bentley

Tonight DJ and I are goint to the Dierks Bentley concert at The Morris. I am so excited. His latest song "Free & Easy" was one of my favorites this year.

I loved him even more after I read about his proposal to his high school sweet heart. DJ loves his song "Settle for a Slowdown" where he talks about waiting to see his girlfriend's breaklights as she drives away.

Will be updating my blog with a review of the concert. Bucky Covington from American Idol is opening for him.

New Do

It's a little dark for me. DJ said "It's jet black!" But I like that it warms up my complexion.

Haircut!

Finally...after more than two months....I am getting my hair cut. I am SO excited. I don't usually get so pumped about a hair cut, but I need a beauty life. Instyle.com has this hair makoever tool that lets you put your picture with celeb hair styles. I have to admit I tried this. My favorites were Jessica Alba and JLo. JLo's is cute, but I'm not sure if I'm ready to chop my hair off! Send me a comment and vote for your favorite one!

Happy Heart Day

Happy Valentine's Day! On days like this I feel so lucky to be married to DJ. He is the sweetest and cutest person I've ever known and I love him so much. On Tuesday, I got a promotion at work. DJ was so supportive. He called me after my presentation to ask me how it went and took me out to dinner to celebrate. What a sweetie pie. :)

Ft. Lauderdale or bust...

After giving my second presentation to become a project manager this morning, I'm heading off to Ft. Lauderdale. I hope to go to the beach, and take care of Mom.

Matt & Jennifer just returned from Bimini...how beautiful. I hope that we can go soon.
